We’re digging into how the immune system impacts fertility.
To get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy, we need a robust immune system.
Pushing your body with hormones and medications is not the answer. This can lead to cancelled cycles, poor response to medications, abnormally tested embryos or pregnancy loss.
Remember, the majority of us can get pregnant naturally.
So, how do we boost our immune system and improve the chances of pregnancy success?
Today I’m welcoming Dr. Sarah Wilson, ND, to the podcast. Dr Sarah is the visionary founder of Advanced Women's Health, leading a healthcare revolution across Canada with clinics in Ontario and British Columbia.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
1) How immune dysfunction impacts preconception health (i.e. signs/symptoms)
2) Underlying reasons for poor immune function and how to address them (i.e. nutrient deficiencies, gut infections, toxin exposure and more)
3) Tests we can use to identify healing opportunities, boost the immune system and improve reproductive health

A theme we see with premature ovarian insufficiency, diminished ovarian reserve, low AMH, and high FSH is weakened immune function. You may be experiencing symptoms such as :
❌ High stress
❌ Frequent Infections
❌ Easily Catch Colds and Coughs
❌ Skin Breakouts
❌ Slow Wound Healing
❌ Persistent Fatigue
❌ Muscle and Joint Pain
❌ Digestive Issues
❌ Autoimmune Disorders
To get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy, we need a robust immune system.
That’s why I’ve compiled a free guide called "Boosting Your Immune System For Conception: A Whole Body Approach".
It is for you if you want to:
✅ Action steps to support your immune system that you can implement
✅ Key factors contributing to a lowered immune system and why this matters
✅ Which biomarkers to get tested
✅ How to improve both egg and sperm health, optimize your menstrual cycle, improve implantation, and reduce the risk of pregnancy complications
If you want to claim the free guide, just email hello@fabfertile.ca and reply "IMMUNE."

Vitamin D deficiency may be linked to decreased ovarian reserve, as indicated by higher serum FSH, low AMH and low antral follicle count.
Ensuring adequate vitamin D levels could potentially boost your fertility odds.
